Share Digital Profile helps you share your Connecti5 profile details with other people without sending every detail manually. Instead of typing your phone number, email, business details, website, and social links separately, you can share your digital profile through a profile link, Web Profile, ConnectLink, or Connecti5 NFC Card.
Use this guide when you want to share your professional identity during networking, meetings, exhibitions, events, or business conversations.
What this page helps you do
This guide helps you understand how digital profile sharing works in Connecti5, what information may be visible to others, how it connects with ConnectLink, Web Profile, and Connecti5 NFC Card, and what to do if your shared profile is not opening or showing the correct details.
When should you share your digital profile?
Use Share Digital Profile when you want someone to quickly access your professional details from one place.
This is useful when:
You meet someone at a business event and want to share your details quickly.
You want to send your profile link through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media.
You want someone to view your contact details, business links, website, or social links from one place.
You want to share your profile without manually typing your information.
You want your Connecti5 NFC Card to open your profile during in-person networking.
If you want to first build or edit your profile, use ConnectLink. If you want to understand how the profile appears in a browser, use Web Profile.
How digital profile sharing works
Your digital profile sharing depends on the profile details saved inside Connecti5. In most cases, your shared profile is connected with your ConnectLink or public profile setup.
That means your shared profile may include details such as your name, profile image, company, designation, phone number, email, website, social links, business links, media, documents, smart actions, and other professional details, depending on what you have added and made visible.
The developer analysis confirms that ConnectLink works as the main editable digital profile area, with sections for identity, professional details, contact details, social links, business links, media, documents, customization, and publishing.
Before you share your profile
Before sharing your digital profile, check these things:
Make sure your profile details are updated.
Make sure your name, company, designation, and basic identity details are correct.
Make sure your contact details are accurate.
Make sure your website and social links open correctly.
Make sure your profile is public or shareable if the app requires it.
Make sure you are comfortable with the information that will be visible to others.
If your profile is incomplete, update it first from ConnectLink or Set Up Your Profile.

Follow these steps to share your digital profile:
- Open the Connecti5 app.
- Go to the Digital Profile section.
- Open Share Digital Profile, ConnectLink, or the related sharing option available in your app.
- Review your profile details before sharing.
- Make sure your profile is saved.

- Choose where you want to share it, such as WhatsApp, SMS, email, social media, or another app.
- Send the profile to the person you want to share it with.
- Open the shared link yourself once to confirm it works properly.
The exact sharing option may depend on the live app flow, but the goal is the same: helping someone open your digital profile quickly.
What information may be shared?
The information shown on your shared profile depends on what you have added in Connecti5.
Your shared profile may include:
Name Profile image Cover image Tagline or bio Company name Designation Industry Phone number WhatsApp number Email address Website Address Social links Business links Media Documents Achievements Custom action button Save contact option
Only add information that you are comfortable sharing with others.
Share Digital Profile and ConnectLink
ConnectLink is the main place where you create and manage your digital profile.
Share Digital Profile is the action of sending that profile to someone else.
So the relationship is simple:
ConnectLink is where you build and manage your profile. Share Digital Profile is how you send or present that profile to others.
If your shared profile is missing details, first check your ConnectLink profile and confirm that the details were saved correctly.
Share Digital Profile and Web Profile
Your Web Profile is the browser-view version of your shared profile.
When someone opens your shared profile link, they may see your Web Profile in their browser.
If the profile link is not opening, check whether your profile is public and whether the link is copied correctly.
Share Digital Profile and Connecti5 NFC Card
If you use a Connecti5 NFC Card, the card can help someone open your profile by tapping the card on a supported phone.
This is useful for in-person networking, meetings, exhibitions, and business introductions.
Before using the NFC card, make sure the profile connected with it is correct and updated. If the NFC card opens old or wrong details, update your profile and test the profile link again.
What happens after sharing?
After you share your digital profile, the receiver can open your profile using the shared method.
Depending on your profile setup, they may be able to:
View your professional details Call or message you Open your website Visit your social links Save your contact Open business links View documents or media Use smart action buttons
The available actions depend on what you have added and enabled in your profile.
Common problems and fixes
Shared profile link is not opening
Check whether the copied link is complete and correct.
Also check whether your profile is public or published. If the profile is private, other people may not be able to open it.
Profile shows old details
Open ConnectLink, update the required fields, and tap Save.
After saving, open the shared profile link again and refresh the browser page.
Some information is missing from the shared profile
Check whether those details were added and saved inside your profile.
If a field is empty, hidden, or not supported in the shared view, it may not appear publicly.
Profile image is not showing
Check whether the image upload was successful.
If the image did not upload, try uploading a smaller or clearer image and save the profile again.
Social links are not opening
Check whether the full link is correct.
Use complete URLs where needed. If the link is incomplete or has a spelling mistake, it may not open properly.
Receiver cannot save my contact
Check whether the save contact or smart action option is enabled in your profile, if available.
Also make sure the shared profile has enough contact information.
NFC card is not opening the profile
Check whether the receiver’s phone supports NFC and whether NFC is enabled.
Also confirm that the NFC card is connected to the correct profile link.
NFC card opens old or wrong details
Open ConnectLink and confirm your latest profile details are saved.
Then test the profile link again. If the NFC card still opens old details, contact support and share your card/profile details for checking.
Share option does not open
Check whether your device has sharing apps installed and available.
Restart the app and try again. If the issue continues, contact support.
Important privacy note
Before sharing your digital profile, review what information is visible.
Do not add personal or business details that you do not want others to access. If your profile is public, anyone with the link may be able to view the shared information.
For privacy-related questions, read the Privacy Policy page.
Important limitations
Shared profile visibility depends on your profile settings.
If your profile is not public or not published, the link may not open for others.
Your shared profile can show only the information that has been added and saved.
Old details may appear if the profile was not saved after editing or if the browser cache has not refreshed.
Some sharing methods may depend on the device, browser, installed apps, or NFC support.
NFC sharing works only on supported phones with NFC enabled.
If a profile link or NFC card is connected to outdated information, update the profile and test the shared link again.
Still need help?
If you cannot share your digital profile or the shared profile is not showing correctly, contact Connecti5 support or send feedback from the app.
When reporting the issue, share your registered email or mobile number, your profile link if available, the sharing method you used, what the receiver sees, your device name, app version, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible.
Do not publicly share private profile details or personal contact information. Share sensitive information only through official support when required.
