ConnectLink helps you create and manage your shareable Connecti5 digital profile. Instead of sharing your details one by one, you can create a profile link that includes your identity, professional details, contact information, social links, business links, media, documents, smart actions, and profile customization.
Use this guide when you want to set up your ConnectLink, update your public profile, copy your profile link, or fix issues when your profile is not opening or not showing updated details.

What details can you add in ConnectLink?
ConnectLink can include multiple profile sections. The exact sections may depend on the app version, but the main purpose is to help you build a complete digital profile.
Identity details
This section may include your profile image, cover image, display name, username, tagline, and bio.
Your username is important because it can be used to create your profile link.
Professional details
This section may include your company name, designation, industry, experience, and skills.
Add clear professional details so people understand who you are and what you do.
Contact details
This section may include phone number, WhatsApp number, email, address, and website.
Only add details that you are comfortable sharing through your digital profile.
Social links
You can add links to platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, GitHub, or other social profiles if available in your app.
Make sure every link is correct before publishing your profile.
Business links
Business links can be used to share service pages, booking links, product pages, website links, or other useful destinations.
Media
You may be able to add profile-related images, portfolio images, business images, or other visual content.

You can add awards, certifications, highlights, or other credibility details if available.
Documents
You may be able to upload documents such as a resume, brochure, company profile, presentation, or similar files.
Customize

How to publish your ConnectLink profile
Follow these steps to publish your profile:
- Open ConnectLink.
- Complete the important profile sections.
- Add or confirm your username.
- Go to the Publish section.
- Turn on the public profile option if available.
- Save your changes.
- Copy your profile link.
- Open the link in a browser to confirm it works.
If your profile is not public, other people may not be able to open it even if they have the link.
Why username matters
Your username may be used to create your public profile URL.
If the username is empty, already taken, or invalid, your profile link may not appear or may not work properly.
Choose a username that is simple, professional, and easy to share.
What happens after saving ConnectLink?
After saving, your updated profile information is stored in Connecti5.
If your profile is public, people with your link may be able to view your shared profile details.
If you later update your ConnectLink information, your public profile may show the updated details after the changes are saved and refreshed.

Common problems and fixes
Profile link is not showing
Check whether your username is added. Some profile links may not appear until a username is available.
Also make sure your profile is saved after adding the username.
Profile link is not opening
Check whether your profile is set to public.
If the profile is private or unpublished, the link may not open for others.
Username is already taken
Choose a different username. Use a simple variation of your name, business name, or professional identity.
Avoid unnecessary symbols or confusing characters.
Changes are not showing on public profile
Make sure you tapped Save after updating the details.
Open the link again after a few moments. If the old details still appear, refresh the browser page.
Image upload failed
Check your internet connection and try again with a smaller or clearer image.
Large images may take longer to upload or may be compressed before saving.
Document upload failed
Check whether the document format is supported. The developer analysis notes that document upload supports formats such as PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, and PPTX.
Also check the file size and internet connection.
Social link is not opening correctly
Make sure the full and correct URL is entered.
If the link is missing https:// or has a spelling mistake, it may not open properly.
Profile is public but missing details
Check whether those fields were added and saved inside ConnectLink.
Only filled and saved details can appear on the shared profile.
Forgot to save changes
If you leave the screen without saving, your latest changes may not be stored.
Always tap Save after editing ConnectLink sections.
Profile looks incomplete
Add your display name, profile image, company, designation, contact details, social links, and a short bio. These details make the profile more useful when shared.
Error or empty messages you may see
You may see messages such as:
“Profile saved successfully,” “Link copied to clipboard,” “Please enter title,” or “Document uploaded.”
These messages usually mean your changes were saved, your link was copied, or a document-related field needs attention.
Important limitations
Your profile must be public before other people can view it through the link.
Username is required for a usable profile link.
Media uploads may be limited. The developer analysis notes that media can be limited to three images in the ConnectLink flow.
Document upload supports selected document formats only.
Large images may be compressed before upload.
Some profile type options may exist in code but may not be visible in the live app.
If your internet connection is slow, saving profile changes or uploading media may take more time.
Still need help?
If your ConnectLink is not saving, opening, or showing correct details, contact Connecti5 support or send feedback from the app.
When reporting the issue, share your registered email or mobile number, your username if available, the section you were trying to update, whether your profile is public, the error message you saw, your device name, app version, and a screenshot if possible.
Do not share private profile details publicly. Share them only through official support if required.
