1. Eligibility & Account
Users must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in their jurisdiction). Accounts require accurate information and secure credentials, with users responsible for all account activity.
2. Subscriptions, Free Tier & Billing
A free tier allows feature evaluation before purchase. Paid plans bill in advance with auto-renewal unless canceled before renewal dates.
Prices may change; we'll notify you in advance where required by law. Additional taxes and fees apply based on billing address.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Users may cancel anytime via dashboard or support. Plans remain active through the current billing period. We do not offer refunds after purchase except in rare cases at our sole discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
Prohibited activities include:
- Unlawful conduct
- Defamation
- Intellectual property infringement
- Scraping or reverse engineering
- Malware uploads
- Unauthorized data collection
Users must comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
5. User Content & License
Users retain ownership of submitted content while granting Connecti5 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content for service operation. Users warrant they possess rights to shared content.
6. Intellectual Property
Connecti5 owns all service intellectual property including software, design, logos, and trademarks. Users receive no rights to copy, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
7. Location, Maps & Third-Party Data
Location features require user permission and depend on third-party providers. The service disclaims warranty regarding accuracy of addresses, coordinates, or business details. Third-party services have separate terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of fitness, merchantability, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Connecti5 excludes liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim in the aggregate shall not exceed the amount you paid during the preceding three months.
10. Indemnification
Users defend and indemnify Connecti5 from claims, losses, and expenses arising from service violations or Terms breaches.
11. Suspension & Termination
Connecti5 may suspend/terminate access for Term violations, safety risks, or other legitimate reasons. Users may cease service use anytime.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Terms are governed by applicable jurisdiction law without conflict-of-laws application. Specified courts maintain exclusive jurisdiction unless law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to Terms
Updates occur periodically with notification of material changes via app or email. Continued use indicates acceptance of modifications.
