Change App Language

Change App Language helps you use Connecti5 in your preferred language. If you are more comfortable using the app in a different language, you can open the language option from Settings and switch the app interface to one of the supported languages.

Use this guide when you want to change the app language, check the selected language, or fix issues when language changes are not applied properly.

What this page helps you do

This guide helps you understand how to open language settings, select a language, confirm the active language, and troubleshoot common issues such as language not changing, text not fully translated, or language resetting after login.

When should you change the app language?

Change the app language when you want to use Connecti5 in a language that is easier for you to read and understand.

This is useful when:

You prefer using apps in your native language.

You want to understand Connecti5 features more clearly.

You are helping another user set up the app in their preferred language.

You accidentally selected the wrong language.

You want to switch back to English or another supported language.

How language settings work in Connecti5

Connecti5 includes a language selector inside Settings. When you open it, the app shows supported languages with their native name and English name. The currently selected language may show a check icon.

The developer analysis confirms that the language option is available from Settings, opens as a bottom sheet, shows supported languages, and can sync the selected language from the server for logged-in users.

How to change app language

Follow these steps to change the app language:

  1. Open the Connecti5 app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Find the Language option under the app settings section.
  4. Tap Language.
  5. Review the list of supported languages.
  6. Tap the language you want to use.
  7. Wait for the app interface to update.
  8. Check whether menus, buttons, labels, and screens now appear in the selected language.

After selecting the language, Connecti5 should update the app interface based on your choice.

Before you start

Before changing language, make sure you are using the latest version of Connecti5.

If you are logged in, your language preference may be synced with your account. If you are offline, the app may not update or sync the language preference correctly until the internet connection is available.

What you may see in the language selector

The language selector may show each language in two ways:

Native language name English language name Selected language check mark

For example, English may appear as English, Gujarati may appear in Gujarati script, and Hindi may appear in Hindi script.

This helps users choose the correct language even if the current app language is not familiar.

What happens after changing language?

After selecting a language, the app should update visible text across supported screens.

You may notice changes in:

Settings labels Menu titles Buttons Navigation text Feature names Messages Some validation or instruction text

Some text may update immediately. In some cases, you may need to close and reopen the app to see the language applied everywhere.

Language sync across login

If language sync is enabled for your account, Connecti5 may remember your selected language after login.

This means when you log in again, the app can load your saved language preference.

The developer analysis notes that language preference can be loaded from the server on login through the app’s language provider.

Common problems and fixes

Language is not changing

Tap the language again and wait for the app to update.

If the app does not change, close and reopen Connecti5.

Also check your internet connection if your language preference needs to sync with your account.

Some text is still showing in English

Some screens, labels, or messages may not be fully translated yet.

This can happen when a translation is missing for a specific part of the app. The developer analysis also notes that some UI text may not be fully translated in all languages.

Language changed on one screen but not another

Close the current screen and reopen it.

If the issue continues, restart the app. Some screens may need to reload before showing the selected language.

Selected language resets after logout

If your language preference is not saved or synced correctly, it may reset after logout, reinstall, or app data clear.

Select the language again from Settings after logging in.

I selected the wrong language

Open Settings again, tap Language, and select the correct language.

If you cannot understand the current language, look for the language icon or the current language name in the Settings screen.

Language list is not opening

Close and reopen the app.

If the issue continues, update the app or contact support with a screenshot.

Language looks mixed

This can happen when some text is translated and some text is not.

Use the app normally if the main navigation is understandable. Report the untranslated text through Send Feedback if needed.

Error or empty messages you may see

Usually, the language selector may not show many error messages.

If the language does not change or the list does not open, it is usually related to app loading, outdated app version, or sync issue.

Important limitations

Language availability depends on the supported language list in the app.

Some text may not be fully translated in every language.

Some screens may need to be reopened before the new language appears.

Language preference may depend on account sync for logged-in users.

If you reinstall the app or clear app data, you may need to select your preferred language again.

Still need help?

If the app language is not changing correctly, contact Connecti5 support or send feedback from the app.

When reporting the issue, share your registered email or mobile number, the language you selected, the screen where the issue appears, whether the problem remains after restarting the app, your device name, app version, and a screenshot if possible.
