What this page helps you do

This guide helps you understand how to:

Create a new Connecti5 account, log in with email OTP, log in with mobile OTP where available, use Google or Apple Sign-In, complete OTP verification, resend OTP when needed, and fix common login problems.

Login options available in Connecti5

Connecti5 supports multiple login methods so users can access their account based on their device and location.

Email OTP Login

You can log in using your email address. After entering your email, Connecti5 sends a 6-digit OTP to your email inbox. Enter the OTP in the app to continue.

If you do not receive the OTP, check your spam or junk folder and make sure the email address is typed correctly.

Mobile OTP Login

Mobile OTP login is available for India-based users. If this option is available in your app, enter your 10-digit Indian mobile number and verify the OTP sent to your phone.

If you are outside India or if location detection does not identify you as India-based, the mobile OTP option may not appear. In that case, use Email OTP, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In where available.

Google Sign-In

You can use Google Sign-In to log in with your Google account. After selecting your Google account, Connecti5 signs you in automatically.

In some cases, if your phone number is missing after social login, Connecti5 may ask you to add your phone number before continuing.

Apple Sign-In

Apple Sign-In is available on supported iOS devices. After successful Apple authentication, Connecti5 logs you in.

If Apple hides your real email address through a private relay email, Connecti5 may ask for additional details such as your phone number or usable email information.

Mobile OTP may not be visible for every user because it is available only for India-based users. The developer analysis confirms that mobile OTP depends on country/location detection and is India-only.

How OTP verification works

Connecti5 uses a 6-digit OTP for account verification and login. The OTP screen includes a resend timer, so you may need to wait before requesting a new OTP.

If the OTP is incomplete, expired, or incorrect, the app may ask you to enter a valid OTP again.

Before you start

Before creating an account or logging in, make sure:

Your email address or mobile number is correct. Your internet connection is active. You can access your email inbox or phone messages. You are using the latest version of the Connecti5 app. If you are using mobile OTP, your location or country setup allows the app to show that option.

For Android users, the app may request SIM-related access for phone number detection. Location permission may also be used to determine whether mobile OTP should be shown.

What happens after successful login

After successful login, Connecti5 takes you to the app home screen. From there, you can continue with profile setup, import contacts, scan a business card, view contacts on the map, or use other available features.

If you used Google or Apple Sign-In and your phone number is missing, Connecti5 may first show a phone collection screen before allowing you to continue.

Common problems and fixes

OTP not received on email

First, check whether your email address is typed correctly. Then check your inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, or junk folder.

If the OTP still does not arrive, wait for the resend timer to finish and request a new OTP.

OTP not received on mobile

Check whether your mobile number is correct and whether your phone has network coverage. If mobile OTP is not available in your region, use email OTP instead.

OTP is showing as invalid

Make sure you entered the latest OTP. If you requested OTP multiple times, older OTPs may not work. Wait for a new OTP and enter the most recent code.

Resend OTP option is not active

The resend option becomes available after the countdown finishes. Wait until the timer is complete, then request a new OTP.

Mobile OTP option is not visible

Mobile OTP is available only for India-based users. If the app does not show mobile OTP, use email OTP, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In if available.

Google Sign-In failed

Make sure your internet connection is active and your Google account is available on the device. If the issue continues, close and reopen the app, then try again.

Apple Sign-In failed

Make sure you are using a supported iOS device and that Apple Sign-In is available. If Apple uses a private relay email, Connecti5 may ask for additional profile details after login.

Phone number screen appears after social login

This can happen when Connecti5 receives incomplete profile details from Google or Apple. Enter your phone number to complete your account information and continue.

Registration is not working

Check all required fields. Full name, email, and mobile number must be entered correctly. Your name should not contain invalid characters, and your phone number should match the selected country code format.

Email address typed incorrectly

If you entered the wrong email during registration or login, use the change details option if available and enter the correct email address again.

Error messages you may see

You may see messages such as:

Please enter your email address. Please enter a valid email. Please enter mobile number. Please enter a valid mobile number. Please enter your full name. Name should only contain alphabets. Please enter complete OTP. Please enter a valid OTP. Google Sign-In failed. Apple Sign-In failed.

These messages usually mean that required details are missing, entered incorrectly, or could not be verified.

Important limitations

Mobile OTP login is available only in India. Apple Sign-In is available only on iOS devices. OTP resend has a cooldown timer. Phone number length validation can change based on country. After some social login methods, Connecti5 may ask for phone number collection if the account details are incomplete.
