Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel Your Subscription helps you understand how to manage or stop your Connecti5 subscription through the platform where the subscription was purchased. In most cases, subscriptions are managed through Google Play Store on Android or Apple App Store on iOS.

Use this guide when you want to cancel your active Connecti5 subscription, understand where cancellation happens, or fix issues when the store subscription page does not open.

What this page helps you do

This guide helps you understand how Connecti5 subscription cancellation works, where to cancel the subscription, what to check before cancellation, and what to do if you cannot find or cancel your subscription.

Important note before cancellation

Connecti5 does not cancel app store subscriptions directly from inside the app. The app guides you to the correct subscription management page based on your device.

If you subscribed through Google Play Store, cancellation must be completed from Google Play.

If you subscribed through Apple App Store, cancellation must be completed from your Apple account subscription settings.

The developer analysis confirms that the cancellation screen redirects users to Google Play Store or Apple App Store subscription management and does not perform a direct cancellation API call inside Connecti5.

When should you cancel your subscription?

You may want to cancel your subscription when:

You no longer need the paid plan.

You want to stop the next renewal.

You subscribed from the wrong account.

You want to switch billing through another store account.

You want to review your plan before renewing again.

You are facing a billing issue and want to prevent future charges.

If you only want to compare plans, use Subscription Plans. If you want to download past invoices, use Payment History & Invoices.

Before you cancel

Before cancelling, check these points:

Make sure you are logged into the same Google Play or Apple ID account used to purchase the subscription.

Check your current Connecti5 plan and renewal date.

Download any invoices you need from Payment History & Invoices.

Review whether cancelling stops future renewal or immediately removes access. This behavior can depend on store policy and subscription rules.

If you have a billing issue, contact support before cancelling if you need help understanding the charge.

If you subscribed through Google Play Store, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Connecti5 app.
  2. Go to Settings or Plans & Billing.

  8. Return to Connecti5 and refresh your subscription status if needed.

If the store page does not open, manually open Google Play Store, go to your account, then open Payments & subscriptions.

  2. Go to Settings or Plans & Billing.
  3. Open Cancel Your Subscription or Refund and Cancellation.
  4. Tap the option to open Apple subscription settings.

If the Apple subscription page does not open, manually open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then go to Subscriptions.

What happens after cancellation?

After cancellation, your subscription is usually set to stop renewing at the end of the current billing period.

You may continue to have access to paid features until the current subscription period ends, depending on Google Play or Apple App Store policy.

After the subscription expires, plan-based features may become limited or unavailable.

If Connecti5 still shows the plan as active immediately after cancellation, wait for the store and app status to sync.

Refund and cancellation

Cancellation and refund are not always the same.

Cancelling usually stops the next renewal.

Refunds depend on Google Play Store or Apple App Store policies.

Connecti5 may guide users to the store subscription page, but refund approval may be handled by the platform where the purchase was made.

Common problems and fixes

Store page does not open

Check your internet connection and try again.

If the button does not open the store page, manually open Google Play Store or Apple App Store subscription settings.

I cannot find Connecti5 in subscriptions

Make sure you are using the same Google account or Apple ID used for the purchase.

If you have multiple accounts on your device, switch to the correct account and check again.

Subscription still shows active after cancellation

The app may take time to sync with the store.

Wait for some time, close and reopen Connecti5, and check again.

I cancelled but was still charged

Check the cancellation date and next billing date in your store subscription history.

If the charge happened before cancellation, it may still appear. For refund-related issues, check Google Play or Apple App Store refund options.

I want a refund

Refunds are generally handled by the platform where you purchased the subscription.

Open Google Play or Apple App Store purchase history and follow their refund process. You can also contact Connecti5 support if you need help identifying the subscription or invoice.

I subscribed from another account

Log in to the Google Play or Apple ID account used for the original purchase.

If you cannot identify the account, check your email receipts from Google Play or Apple.

Cancel button is missing

This may happen if the subscription is already cancelled, expired, purchased from another platform, or not linked to the current store account.

Check your store subscription history and confirm the account used for payment.

Connecti5 feature access changed after cancellation

Some paid features may become limited after the active subscription period ends.

Check your current plan status from Subscription Plans.

Error or empty messages you may see

You may see a message such as:

“Unable to open store” or “Please open the store manually.”

This usually means Connecti5 could not redirect your device to the subscription management page. In that case, open your platform’s subscription settings manually.

Important limitations

Connecti5 does not directly cancel subscriptions inside the app.

Cancellation is managed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Refunds are handled based on platform policies.

You must use the same store account used for purchase.

Subscription status may take time to update inside Connecti5 after cancellation.

If the store page cannot open, you may need to open subscription settings manually.

The developer analysis confirms that the cancellation page provides platform-specific instructions and redirects to the relevant store subscription page.

Still need help?

If you cannot cancel your subscription or cannot find your Connecti5 subscription in the store, contact Connecti5 support or send feedback from the app.

When reporting the issue, share your registered email or mobile number, device type, purchase platform, active plan name, payment date if known, what store account you used, and a screenshot of the issue if possible.

Do not share full card, bank, UPI, or sensitive payment details publicly. Share only required purchase references through official support if requested.
