AI Network Intelligence

AI Network Intelligence helps you ask questions about your saved Connecti5 network and get useful contact suggestions based on available contact details. Instead of manually searching through your full contact list, you can ask natural language questions and let Connecti5 help you find relevant people from your own network.

Use this guide when you want to understand how AI Network Intelligence works, what type of questions you can ask, why results may be limited, and what to do if AI does not show the expected contacts.

What this page helps you do

This guide helps you understand how to use AI Network Intelligence, how to ask better questions, how contact recommendations are generated, how AI results depend on saved contact data, and how to fix common issues such as empty results, irrelevant results, quota limits, or slow responses.

When should you use AI Network Intelligence?

Use AI Network Intelligence when you want to quickly find the right people from your saved network.

This is useful when:

You want to find contacts by profession, company, category, city, or business need.

You want to ask questions like “Find a CA in my network” or “Show contacts near me.”

You want AI to help you discover useful contacts without manually applying filters.

You want to find people based on your business requirement.

You want quick contact suggestions with available actions like call, WhatsApp, email, shortlist, or view details.

If you want manual category or tag-based filtering, use Filter Your Contacts. If you want location-based discovery, use View Contacts on the Map or Find Nearby Contacts.

How AI Network Intelligence works

AI Network Intelligence searches through your saved Connecti5 network and returns contact suggestions based on your question.

The AI does not create random contacts from outside. It works best when your saved connections have useful details such as name, company, profession, city, category, notes, address, and other business information.

The developer analysis confirms that AI Network Intelligence works through the Intelligence screen, supports natural language questions, shows suggestion cards, streams responses in real time, and returns contact citation cards with details and actions.

How to use AI Network Intelligence

Follow these steps to use AI Network Intelligence:

  1. Open the Connecti5 app.
  2. Go to AI Network Intelligence or Ask My Network.
  3. Review the suggested question cards if they appear.
  4. Type your question in simple language.
  5. Tap send.
  6. Wait while Connecti5 processes your request.
  7. Review the answer and suggested contacts.
  8. Open contact cards to view details.
  9. Use available actions such as call, WhatsApp, email, shortlist, or view details.
  10. Ask a follow-up question if needed.

AI responses may appear gradually if the app is using streaming response.

What type of questions can you ask?

You can ask questions based on the data saved in your network.

Examples:

Find a CA in my network.

Show doctors in my contacts.

Who do I know in Ahmedabad?

Find contacts from the finance industry.

Show people from a specific company.

Find contacts near me.

Who can help with legal advice?

Show vendors from my saved network.

Find people I met from a specific group or category.

The more specific your question is, the better the result can be.

How to ask better questions

Good AI results depend on clear questions and complete contact data.

Instead of asking:

“Who can help me?”

Ask:

“Find legal consultants in my network.”

Instead of asking:

“Show business people.”

Ask:

“Show contacts from my network who work in real estate.”

Instead of asking:

“Nearby contacts?”

Ask:

“Show contacts near me who are vendors.”

Clear questions help AI understand what type of contacts you are looking for.

What information affects AI results?

AI Network Intelligence depends on saved contact information.

Useful fields include:

Name Company name Profession or role Category Tags City Address Notes Business type Email Phone number Location details

If these details are missing, AI may not find the right contact even if that person exists in your network.

For example, if a contact is a doctor but the word “doctor” is not saved in their profile, category, tag, company, or notes, AI may not identify that person correctly.

Suggestion cards

AI Network Intelligence may show suggested question cards to help you start quickly.

These suggestions may include prompts based on profession, need, location, or group.

The developer analysis mentions suggestion cards such as profession-based, need-based, location-based, and group-based examples.

You can tap a suggestion or type your own question.

Contact recommendation cards

When AI finds relevant contacts, it may show contact cards inside the response.

These cards may include:

Profile photo Name Company Phone number Contact details Call action WhatsApp action Email action Shortlist action View details action

The available actions depend on the details saved for that contact.

Chat history and recent conversations

AI Network Intelligence may save or show recent conversations so you can return to previous searches.

You may be able to open past sessions, continue a previous conversation, or delete old sessions depending on the app flow.

If chat history is empty, it means you have not started any AI conversations yet or previous sessions are not available.

Feedback on AI responses

Some AI responses may allow feedback, such as thumbs up or thumbs down.

Use feedback when the result is useful or not useful. This helps improve the experience and gives the team better understanding of response quality.

Plan limits and quota

AI Network Intelligence may have plan-based usage limits.

You may see daily or monthly usage status depending on your subscription plan. If your quota is used up, you may need to wait for the limit to reset or upgrade your plan if required.

The developer analysis confirms that AI Network Intelligence can be rate limited by monthly and daily quotas based on plan.

Before you start

Before using AI Network Intelligence, make sure your internet connection is active.

Also make sure you have added useful contact data. AI results will be limited if your network has very few contacts or if most contacts only have basic phone numbers without company, category, city, or notes.

If you want better results, improve contact details using Add a Connection Manually, Scan a Business Card, or Import Contacts from Excel or CSV.

Common problems and fixes

AI shows no results

This usually means no saved contacts match your question.

Try asking a broader question. Also check whether your contacts have relevant company, category, city, role, or notes.

AI gives irrelevant results

The contact data may be incomplete or unclear.

Update your contacts with better details such as profession, company, tags, category, and notes. Then try again with a more specific question.

AI cannot find a person I know is saved

Check whether the saved contact includes the detail you are searching for.

For example, if you ask for “lawyer” but the contact is saved only with name and phone number, AI may not know that the person is a lawyer.

“Near me” questions are not working

Location permission may be disabled, or city/location detection may have failed.

Enable location permission and make sure your contacts have usable address or location data.

AI response is slow

AI Network Intelligence requires internet and server response. Slow internet can delay answers.

Wait for the response to complete. If it fails, check your connection and try again.

Chat history is not loading

Refresh the screen or reopen the app.

If the issue continues, check your internet connection and try again later.

Contact card does not open

The contact details may not load correctly, or the saved contact may have missing information.

Try reopening the AI result or search for the contact from the main connections list.

Call, WhatsApp, or Email action is not working from AI result

These actions depend on saved contact data.

Check whether the contact has a valid phone number, WhatsApp number, or email address.

Quota limit is reached

If your daily or monthly AI limit is over, wait for the quota to reset or check your subscription plan.

If you think the limit is incorrect, contact support.

AI result is too broad

Ask a more specific question.

Include profession, company, city, category, or need in your question.

For example, “Find finance contacts in Ahmedabad” is better than “Find people.”

Error or empty messages you may see

You may see messages such as:

“Something went wrong,” “Could not load conversation,” “Could not load contact details,” “Thanks for your feedback,” “Server error,” or “No conversations yet.”

These messages usually mean the AI request failed, chat history could not load, contact details were unavailable, feedback was submitted, or no previous conversations exist.

Important limitations

AI Network Intelligence works with your saved Connecti5 network. It does not guarantee results outside your saved contacts.

AI results depend on the quality and completeness of your contact data.

Missing company, role, city, category, tags, or notes can limit results.

Location-based questions may require location permission.

AI usage may be limited by subscription plan, daily quota, or monthly quota.

Slow internet can delay streaming responses.

AI suggestions should be reviewed before taking action, especially when contact data is incomplete or outdated.

Still need help?

If AI Network Intelligence is not working or results are not useful, contact Connecti5 support or send feedback from the app.

When reporting the issue, share your registered email or mobile number, the question you asked, whether contacts exist for that topic, whether location permission is enabled for location-based questions, the error message you saw, your device name, app version, and a screenshot if possible.

Do not share private contact data publicly. Share sensitive information only through official support when required.
