Use this guide when you want to check your Connecti5 notifications, understand unread counts, manage notification history, or fix issues when notifications are not showing or not arriving.

What this page helps you do

How Notifications work in Connecti5

The Notifications screen shows notification cards with details such as title, message, time, and optional image.

When you open the Notifications screen, unread notifications may automatically be marked as read. The developer analysis confirms that notifications are automatically marked as read on screen entry, and unread count badges can show the number of unread notifications.

How to view notifications

Follow these steps to view notifications:

  1. Open the Connecti5 app.
  2. Go to Settings or tap the notification bell icon if available.
  3. Open Notifications.
  4. Wait for the notification list to load.
  5. Review notification cards.
  6. Tap a notification image if you want to view it in full screen.
  7. Expand long messages if the option is available.
  8. Delete individual notifications or clear all if needed.

After opening the Notifications screen, unread notifications may be marked as read automatically.

What details can a notification show?

A notification may include:

Title Message or body text Timestamp Optional image Notification type Category Read or unread status

The exact information depends on the type of notification sent.

Understanding unread count

If there are unread notifications, Connecti5 may show an unread badge on the notification icon.

The badge helps you know that new notifications are available.

The developer analysis notes that the unread badge may show a count and can display “99+” when there are many unread notifications.

Once you open the Notifications screen, unread notifications may be marked as read.

Expanding long notifications

Some notifications may have longer text.

If the notification body is long, the app may show a “Show more” option. Tap it to read the full message. You can use “Show less” to collapse it again if available.

Viewing notification images

Some notifications may include an image.

Tap the image thumbnail to open it in full screen if the app supports image preview.

If the image does not load, check your internet connection and try again.

Deleting a notification

You can delete a notification if it is no longer needed.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Notifications.
  2. Find the notification you want to remove.
  3. Swipe left or use the delete option if available.
  4. Confirm if the app asks.
  5. Check that the notification is removed from the list.

Deleting a notification removes it from your notification history.

Clearing all notifications

If you want to remove all notifications, use the Clear All option if available.

Before clearing all notifications, make sure you do not need any older notification details.

After clearing all, the notification list may become empty.

Marking notifications as read

Connecti5 may mark notifications as read automatically when you open the Notifications screen.

If a manual Mark All Read option is available, you can use it to mark all unread notifications as read.

The developer analysis confirms that the app includes read-all behavior and a Mark All Read icon when unread notifications are available.

Notification categories

Notifications may belong to different categories depending on the message type.

Examples can include:

System updates Subscription updates Invoice updates Security alerts Promotional updates General information

These categories help identify what the notification is about.

Before you start

Before using Notifications, make sure your internet connection is active.

If you want to receive push notifications, make sure notification permission is enabled for Connecti5 from your phone settings.

If notification permission is disabled, you may still see some in-app notification history, but push alerts may not arrive on your device.

Common problems and fixes

Notifications are not arriving

Check whether notification permission is enabled for Connecti5.

Open your phone settings, find Connecti5, and allow notifications.

Also check whether battery saver, focus mode, Do Not Disturb, or background restrictions are blocking notifications.

Unread count is not updating

Refresh the app or reopen the Notifications screen.

If you opened the Notifications screen, unread notifications may already be marked as read.

Notifications list is empty

This may mean no notifications have been sent to your account yet, or old notifications were cleared.

If you expected a notification, check your internet connection and refresh the screen.

Notification image is not loading

Check your internet connection.

If the image still does not load, close and reopen the notification screen.

Long notification text is cut off

Look for a “Show more” option and tap it to expand the notification body.

I deleted a notification by mistake

Deleted notifications may not be recoverable from the app.

If the notification contained important billing or subscription information, check Payment History & Invoices or contact support.

Clear All removed all notifications

This is expected behavior. Clear All removes notification history from the list.

Use it only when you no longer need older notification records.

Notifications are delayed

Notification delivery can depend on internet connection, device settings, battery restrictions, and push notification service availability.

Check your device notification settings and internet connection.

I cannot disable specific notification types

Some app versions may not provide separate notification preferences for each notification category.

The developer analysis notes that notification types/categories exist, but separate notification settings or preferences for disabling specific types may not be available.

Error or empty messages you may see

You may see messages such as:

“No notifications,” “Notifications will appear here,” or confirmation messages when clearing all notifications.

These messages usually mean there are no notifications available, notifications were cleared, or the app is showing an empty notification history.

Important limitations

Opening the Notifications screen may automatically mark all notifications as read.

Notification history depends on what has been sent to your account.

Deleted notifications may not be recoverable.

Push notifications require device notification permission.

Some devices may block notifications because of battery saver, Do Not Disturb, focus mode, or background app restrictions.

Notification categories may exist, but users may not be able to disable each category separately.

Pagination may be used instead of infinite scrolling, depending on the app version. The developer analysis confirms that the Notifications screen uses pagination controls and supports delete, clear all, image preview, and expandable body text.

Still need help?

If notifications are not arriving, not loading, or not updating correctly, contact Connecti5 support or send feedback from the app.

When reporting the issue, share your registered email or mobile number, whether notification permission is enabled, the type of notification you expected, your device name, app version, and a screenshot if possible.
