How Network Match Game works
Network Match Game creates a matching board using saved contacts from your Connecti5 network.
The game shows people on one side and company names on the other side. Your task is to match each person with the correct company.
The developer analysis confirms that Network Match loads random person-company pairs from saved connections, shows people and companies in two columns, and requires contacts to have both name and company name.
What contact data is required?
Network Match Game needs contacts with both:
Name Company name
If a contact has only a name and phone number, it may not be usable for this game.
The game needs at least 5 contacts with both name and company name to start. If you do not have enough contacts with company names, the game may show a “Not Enough Connections” message.
How to start Network Match Game
Follow these steps to start the game:
- Open the Connecti5 app.
- Go to Master Your Network or the game section.
- Select Network Match.
- Wait while Connecti5 loads available contacts.
- Review the people and company columns.
- Tap a person’s name.
- Tap the company you think matches that person.
- Continue matching until all pairs are complete.
- View your final score, time taken, and wrong attempts.
- Play again or exit the game.
How to match correctly
Start by selecting one person from the People column. Then select the company name that belongs to that person from the Company column.
If the match is correct, the pair is marked as completed.
If the match is wrong, the game may show a red indication and reset the selection so you can try again.
How scoring works
Network Match Game rewards correct matches and may reduce points for wrong attempts.
Based on the developer analysis, the scoring behavior is:
Correct match: +10 points Wrong match: -2 points Minimum score: 0 Maximum score: 50 for 5 correct matches
The final result may also show your time taken and number of wrong attempts.
What happens after completing the game?
After all people are matched with the correct companies, Connecti5 shows a completion screen.
You may see:
Final score Time taken Wrong attempts Perfect game message, if there were no wrong attempts Play Again option Exit option
This helps you track how well you remembered your saved contacts.
Using filters in Network Match
Network Match may allow filters so you can play with a specific group of contacts.
For example, you may want to play using only:
Clients Vendors Event contacts Contacts from one category Contacts from one business group
If you apply a filter and the game does not start, the selected filter may not have at least 5 contacts with company names.
Clear filters or choose a broader group to continue.
Before you start
Before playing Network Match Game, make sure your Connecti5 network has enough contacts with company names.
For better results, update your contacts with company details using:
Add a Connection Manually Scan a Business Card Import Contacts from Excel or CSV Import Contacts from Your Phonebook
If you add contacts without company names, they may still be useful in other Connecti5 features, but they may not work for Network Match.
Common problems and fixes
Network Match Game is not starting
This usually happens when Connecti5 cannot find enough contacts with both name and company name.
Add or update at least 5 contacts with company names and try again.
“Not Enough Connections” message appears
This means the game does not have enough usable contacts.
Open your contacts and check whether at least 5 people have both name and company name filled in.
I have many contacts, but the game still does not start
Your contacts may be missing company names.
Network Match does not only count total contacts. It needs contacts that have both person name and company name.
Game feels too easy
If your contact list is small, the same names and companies may appear more often.
Add more contacts with company details to make the game more useful and varied.
I selected the wrong company by mistake
Wrong attempts can reduce your score. Continue playing and complete the remaining matches.
You can play again after the game ends to improve your score.
Filtered game is not loading
The selected filter may not have enough contacts with company names.
Clear the filter or choose another category or tag with more complete contact data.
Company name is wrong in the game
The game uses the company name saved in the contact record.
Open the contact and update the company name if it is incorrect.
Contact appears with missing or unclear company information
Edit the contact and add a clear company name. This will improve the game and also help other features like AI Network Intelligence and Filter Your Contacts.
Error or empty messages you may see
You may see messages such as:
“Not Enough Connections” “You need at least 5 contacts with company names to play” “Tap a person to start matching” “Now tap the matching company” “Match Complete” “Perfect Game” “Great Effort”
These messages help you understand whether the game needs more contact data, is waiting for your next selection, or has been completed.
Important limitations
Network Match Game needs at least 5 contacts with both name and company name.
The game matches people with companies only. It does not currently match other details such as city, category, email, or phone number.
The game uses saved contact data, so incorrect company names will affect the game.
The game may become repetitive if your contact base is small.
Filtering can reduce available game data and may stop the game from starting if too few contacts match.
The developer analysis confirms that Network Match is a separate game mode from Master Your Network Quiz and uses random contacts with non-empty name and company name.
Still need help?
If Network Match Game is not working, contact Connecti5 support or send feedback from the app.
When reporting the issue, share your registered email or mobile number, how many contacts you have saved, whether those contacts have company names, whether filters were applied, the error message you saw, your device name, app version, and a screenshot if possible.
