These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Connecti5 website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.


1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

2) Subscriptions, Free Tier & Billing

  • Connecti5 offers a free tier so you can evaluate core features before purchasing a paid plan.
  • Paid subscription plans are billed in advance and may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Prices may change; we will provide notice in advance where required by law.
  • Taxes and fees, if applicable, will be based on your billing address and charged in addition to subscription fees.

3) Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. After cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. As stated in our policy, we do not provide refunds after purchase except in rare cases at our sole discretion. See Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

4) Acceptable Use

  • Engaging in unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing activities is prohibited.
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the Services or their security features.
  • No uploading of malware or attempting to collect unauthorized data.
  • You must comply with applicable laws and respect third-party rights at all times.

5) User Content & License

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as business listings, images, and links). By submitting content, you grant Connecti5 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to share the content you post.

6) Intellectual Property

The Services, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Connecti5 or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services.

7) Location, Maps & Third-Party Data

  • Location-based features require your permission and may rely on third-party providers (such as map and data services).
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of addresses, coordinates, or business details.
  • Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connecti5 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Connecti5 for your subscription.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connecti5, its affiliates, and their employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or for other legitimate reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time by closing your account.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted, and the “Last Updated” date above will reflect the changes. Material updates may also be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
