1) Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
- Provide accurate, complete information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2) Subscriptions, Free Tier & Billing
- We offer a free tier to evaluate core features before purchase.
- Paid plans are billed in advance and may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Prices may change; we’ll notify you in advance where required by law.
- Taxes and fees (if any) are additional and based on your billing address.
3) Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which premium access ends. 4) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing activity.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Services or security features.
- No uploading of malware or unauthorized data collection.

5) User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., business listings, images, links). You grant Connecti5 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content as needed to operate the Services. You represent you have the rights to share the content you post.
6) Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Connecti5 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, no rights are granted to copy, modify, or create derivative works.
7) Location, Maps & Third-Party Data
- Location features require your permission and rely on third-party map/data providers.
- We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of addresses, coordinates, or business details.
- Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8) Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connecti5 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim in the aggregate shall not exceed the amount you paid to Connecti5 for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connecti5 and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk, or for other legitimate reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
